Welcome, one all, to my continuing episodic review series for Inugami-san to Nekoyama-san. This one saw us introduced to a new character and diving right back into Inugami’s more kinky side. Let’s have a look at what happened.
Monkey See
Inugami is supposed to be on Class Duty this morning and makes Aki rush to school with her because she’s running late. When she gets there, she finds that class representative Sora Sarutboi – who doesn’t much care for Inugami or her antics – has already done it all. Aki theorises that it’s because Sora is a monkey and Inugami is a dog, but that just makes Sora angry, as she doesn’t want her life dictated by her family name.
Sarutobi says that if Inugmai refers to her by her family name, she’ll shut her up. And produces a ball gag. Oh dear, that’s not a threat that’s going to work. Anyway, she tells Inugami that she still needs to do her other duties for the day and the pair get into an argument about doing things while someone watches.
Nekoyama appears briefly and wonders if Sarutoba will be a new enemy, and we then cut to Inugami and Sarutoba conversing a little better. Sarutobi really doesn’t like being compared to a monkey. Especially while eating a banana. It turns out Sarutoba doesn’t care for having friends, but that doesn’t stop Inugami wanting to ‘do it’ with her too. They become friends and we end on a shot of a livid Nekoyama.
Still Enjoyable
While not quite on par with last week’s episode, this one was still fun, albeit in a different way. There isn’t really much to Sarutobi other than to act as another rival for Nekoyama, but her blundering into Inugami’s kinky tendencies was actually pretty funny. Which is lucky, because that essentially formed the crux of the episode. So, this was another fun diversion for me. But what about yourselves? Have you seen this show? What did you make of this episode? Let me know below!
