As always, that wasn’t all that got some love though. So, these are the top 5 most viewed older posts:
5th: Our Dreams at Dusk: Shimanami Tasogare Volume 2 [Manga Review – LGBT] – I love this series, and this volume was so good! Hard to read at times, but so good!
4th: Cosplay: Tangle the Lemur [Sonic the Hedgehog – IDW] – Medway Comic and Screen Festival 2018 – This may yet become my most popular cosplay, finally topping Renamon. I mean, it got featured in the official comic, so that’s cool, right?
3rd: MEN+MONSTERS by Aero Zero [Comic Review – Bara / Gay Monsters / Erotica] – If, like me, you find some of the common tropes in yaoi to be problematic, this is a good grab!
2nd: Knight Of Alanoc by Aero Zero [Comic Review – Bara / Yaoi] – In much the same way, this newer release from Aero is also a great read. Not to mention that the art in both is awesome.
1st: School-Live [Anime Review – Psychological Horror / Zombies / Slice of Life] – One of my favourites, right here. The show caught me off guard in the first episode, and din’t elt up with the awesomeness after that.
Looking Ahead
What can you expect this week? Well, after last week’s book focus, we’re back to normal this week. There are still a bunch of book spotlights to come, but you can expect more anime, more comic reviews, more films, and more wrestling too!
In terms of my own projects, I’m part-way through the base layer of a new mask for a costume. I want to do a proper post about it though, so I won’t confirm what yet.
Writing-wise, I’m almost done with my first screenplay in years. After that, I’ll be converting it to a novella too. Then comes the submission process.
