Cover Reveal: The Spark Form Chronicles Collected Edition by Matt Doyle

Welcome, one and all, to a very special posting for me. Yup, you read the title right, I finally have the collected edition of The Spark Form Chronicles up for pre-order!

So, what does this collected edition include? Well, that would be the following:

  • 1) WICK – Released 2015
  • 2) CARNIVAL – Released 2016
  • 3) GIFTS – Released 2017
  • 4) MOTT – Released 2019
  • The official Spark Forming Rules – includes example card art

So, that’s a whopping 727 pages of card game focused GameLit action! On top of that, I re-edited the book to tidy it up and remove some stubborn mistakes that made it into the original releases.

Being a collected release, I wanted to get a decent cover done this time around. So, I turned to an artist called ValyceNegative. You see, the books are kinda a love letter to my 90’s childhood, and Valyce has a very 90’s style to her work. As such, she seemed like a good fit. And what did she come up with? Well, let’s have a look!

Honestly? I am thrilled with this. So, what next? Well, the book will land on 11th March 2019, which just so happens to be my birthday. Wanna help support me? You can do three things. One, obviously, click on the Spark Form Chronicles page and purchase the book. It’s available in every ebook format, so you have plenty of options! Two, share the details around. I need to get this in front of as many people as possible! Three, if you’ve already read and enjoyed the series, leave a review on this edition!

Anyway, that’s it for today. Let me know what you think of the cover in the comments below!
