Achievement Unlocked: Celebration Event

Achievement Unlocked: Celebration Event

November 8, 2018 8 By mattdoylemedia

Welcome, one and all, to a celebratory post! What am I celebrating? Well, a number of things. Three in fact. So, let’s go through them all, and then explain what I’m doing to celebrate.

First up, I’ve crawled across theΒ 500 Followers mark! As at time of writing, I’m up to 507. Honestly, I am thrilled by this. When Is tarted the site, I had no real direction in terms of long term planning, and I really do feel like I’ve been stumbling through it all and learning as I go, so to see that many people subscrbing to my content is a wonderful thing.

Second, October was officially my biggest month ever forΒ site views, pulling almost 1k more than I did in September. The reason that’s such a big deal for me is because when the September slump happened, I kinda thought that amybe the previosu three months had been a bit of a fluke. So, yay!

Finally, my Twitter following has managed to sustain itself at above 1.1K followers for the whole month. My stats there tend to waver a little, and I get the same stuff everyone does in terms of people following then unfollowing again once you follow back and so on, so for it stay above that level feels like an achievement to me.

So, that’s the three achievements out of the way. What am I doing to celebrate? Well, this isn’t anything new I’m afraid. In fact, I’ve seen a few people do the same thing recently, but …

It’s Q&A Time!

Basically, I’ll be fielding questions here, there and everyhwere. In the comments on this post, over on Twitter, on my Facebook Page,Β via my contact page … basically, if you can find me online, I’m open to questions.

But questions about what? Well, pretty much anything. It can be about this site, or individual topics that I’ve covered on it. Anime, comics, gaming, LGBT stuff, writing, art, furries, anything. Send them along.

I’ll leave it all open until Novemebr 21st, then answer as many as I can in a separate post. Obviously I reserve the right to not answer something, but I can’t think of too much that I wouldn’t be willing to answer, so fire away!
