July 2018 Round-Up!

Welcome, one and all, to the July 2018 round-up. It was a busy old month for me outside the site, so I wasn’t as quick to respond to people this time around. Somehow, it became my most successful month for hits, so a big thank you to everyone for that. As always, we’ll start with …

5) Dez Schwartz [Author Interview] – I’m always happy to see a post promoting someone else in here, and the interviews are some of the most fun posts to put together. This one primarily covered a YA Paranormal series with some M/M romance, titled The Dead Oaks.

4) Sonic The Hedgehog #7 [Comic review] – I try to keep these as timely as possible, and generally review on the day that I get the comic, whether that be release day or not. The series ahs been a blast so far, so this makes me happy.

3) Dogman: Fact or Fiction? – This one keeps jumping there, doesn’t it? Dogman is such a popular cryptid right now, maybe even as popular as Bigfoot, and I’m really very proud of this post. If you’ve not read it, I explain the Dogman phenomena, and go into my theory about what it actually is.

2) Top Three Scary Things To Come Out Of The Sonic Franchise – Another older post that seems to drop in and out of the top posts every week. What’s helped here is that it was linked to in a YouTube Video. Basically though, we’re looking at body counts, possession and murder.

1) Manga vs. Anime: Attack on Titan / Shingeki no Kyojin – With season three now airing, I thought that this one may get a few more hits. Despite refusing to buy into the hype initially, I am absolutely loving the franchise now. This covers which version I prefer.

But, of course, there was way more than that out there last month. Here’s …

And that’s about it! Check back in tomorrow for a run-down of what to expect for the rest of this month.
