Three Days, Three Quotes: Turn It Off (Day Three)

Welcome, one and all, to a first-time tag for me: The Three Day Quote Tag. Now, I was nominated for this one by Moyatori, so a big thank you for that! Oh, and sorry for the delay, as it was way back in February.

Now, let’s check out some rules …

• Thank the person who nominated you.
• Post a quote for 3 consecutive days (1 quote for each day, can be a super short post).
• Nominate three new bloggers each day.

First one is done, so let’s get to it! I’ve mostly seen this done with anime quotes, so I’m going to go for something different: Star Trek: The Next Generation quotes. My aim here is to use a different character each day. For this final one, we’re going with the man that inspired me to wear a headband over my eyes as a kid, Geordie LaForge.

You know, I’ve always thought technology could solve almost any problem. It enhances the quality of our lives, lets us travel across the galaxy, even gave me my vision. But sometimes you just have to turn it all off.
Booby Trap

Technology is a great thing. It has made so many things better, and has so much potential to improve the lives of so many people. Sometimes though, we let it overtake our lives. Sometimes, we forget about the big, wide world out there. Enjoy all the wonderful things that tech gives us, but embrace what’s around you too.
